BPS Elite Program Outline: SPEAK Framework

S - Select A Problem To Solve
During this phase, you'll start by completing the "Clarifying and Validating Your Expert Positioning" worksheet.
This worksheet will also help you research the marketplace for events and other speakers to find models and examples of how you might position yourself as a speaker.
P - Prepare Your Talk
We’re not going to spend much time here inside the Elite program. We do have several lessons you can go through as you work on your talk and improve your presentation skills, but the bulk of the Elite program will be focused on how to actually find and book speaking gigs.
For additional training on how to prepare and deliver a great talk, be sure to check out and subscribe to our to see Grant do speech breakdowns and reactions to some of the most popular TED Talks, motivational speeches and presentations online.
E - Establish Your Expertise
Once you have your "Expert Positioning Statement (EPS) and your core talks/workshops" nailed down, we will start working on your two primary marketing assets:
1. Your Website
2. Your Demo Video
Most students do not need a coaching session for this module as it is very straightforward and detailed what you need to do to submit your website and demo video to us for production. However, if you have questions, feel free to:

If you already have a speaking website and demo video in place that you would like reviewed, you will see in Module 3 a link to schedule a 1:1 call with one of our coaches who will review your marketing assets and provide recommended changes.
A - Acquire Paid Speaking Gigs.
We'll help guide you on how to utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage those potential leads. We'll also give you email scripts and show you exactly what to say and how to follow up, so don't worry :)
What’s important here is that you develop a repeatable system you can use in your business to know how to find, contact, follow up with and ultimately book speaking gigs.
K - Know When To Scale
In this portion of the Elite program we work on your business model and vision and provide additional training resources to expand your business.
