We don’t know how to reach them? We don’t know if they’ll pay? Choose one of those as “this month’s main risk”. Assign the first one-week business task (5–10 min)
Match the task to the risk you picked: If you don’t know who you’re building for: Task: write a one-page description of your best initial customer and their top 3 pains. If you don’t know if they want it: Task: line up 5–10 people to talk to (names + contact info) and book 3 calls for next week. If you don’t know how to reach them: Task: pick 1–2 specific channels (e.g., LinkedIn DMs to X role at Y type of company) and draft 3 outreach messages. Facebook - Can do 3 posts If you don’t know if they’ll pay: Task: draft 2–3 simple pricing ideas and 3–5 pricing questions to test in upcoming calls.
