Completed Phase one of Sales CRM rebuild

Working with Mark and Ben the dev team and myself were able to complete the first phase of the sales portion of the CRM rebuild. Currently keeping the project on track for a reasonable timeline

Finalized Western Steel IT Portal

IT now has a company portal available to all employees, this portal allows for ticket management, IT alerts, and better asset management across the company

Finalized IT Dashboard for company use

IT now shows their dashboard openly to all employees, this shows our current tickets, alerts, and issues that we are working on for full transparency

Completed IT side of Expense reporting

Working with Chris, we were able to officially create the Expense reporting feature for Mangement credit cards and automations for Invoicing.

Successfully integrated OpenAI “Whisper” into Zoom phone.
On Track
Integrating the Model into Zoom was a challenge. Though this isnt a useful feature for Western Steel at this moment, the future models and integrations of other AI models will increase production, SEO presence, networking, and many other aspects of the business.
