Failure to utilize the Three Questions

I can see that I may have been a problem for the Engineering department by not using the 3 questions to ensure good communication and negation of potential rifts between my department and theirs

💰 Time & budget

This should be resolved quickly. It can negatively impact Western Steel both in time and budget.

📐 Measurement

By utilizing the three questions I can better understand the Engineering department needs, communicate the IT departments roles and timeline, and create an overall better inter departmental relationship to continue growing.
