Within the next year, we aim for BCPL to become the game where every cricket fan can build their career, and we expect to reach a million monthly active players.
Industry standard benchmarks:
$1 eCPM (current - $0.4)
40% D1 retention (current 30%)
20% D7 retention (current 8%)
8% D30 retention (current 6%)
75% players completing 20 levels at least

Cricket Clash

I believe in the potential of Cricket Clash. However, there are two important considerations:
Relationship with Bharat Cricket Premier League (BCPL): Cricket Clash can be seen as an extension or a more comprehensive version of BCPL. Based on what we've learned and the success of BCPL, we might still launch Cricket Clash, although there is also the possibility of putting it on hold.
Need for Further Development: We need to invest significant effort into refining the game's strategy and improving the first-time user experience (FTUE). Given the current team dynamics and Aditya's departure, launching BCPL, which simplifies Cricket Clash, seems like a practical move.
Partnership with Kwalee
Testing Markets: We are collaborating with Kwalee to introduce Cricket Clash in high-value markets like Australia and England. This partnership is crucial as we currently lack the budget to market two games simultaneously.
Revenue Sharing: If the partnership with Kwalee is successful, we will share 50% of the revenue. If not, we may put the game on hold, although we are confident in its future success given its potential.
Industry standard benchmarks that we want to achieve:
$3 LTV
60% D1 retention
30% D7 retention
20% D30 retention
