Getting Promoted in the studio

Now, you are a curator. You uploaded your first project, read this whole document, check the news and even posted some comments. Well it’s time to become a manager, this page won’t have sub-pages but will tell you how you can become a manager, what responsibilities will you get and some rules.

How to?

How can you become a manager, this is pretty simple. All you have to do is to ask in the comment section of the studio. This might take days (1-2 days) or if you are born with mega luck or god gave you the most luck, it might happen in a matter of an hour. The owner will give permission to the managers to promote you or the owner will do it directly.

Here are some requirements to become a manager:

You must a be a scratcher or a scratch team member

You should have at least 2 projects uploaded in the studio

You must be a curator in the studio (obviously)

If every requirement is complete, then you ask and you can get promoted.

Responsibilities you will get...

I will just explain this in 10-20 words only.

Accepting promotions and inviting people: Only should be done with the permission of the owner

Give people the reason why they were removed from the studio: If you know the reason then just post it their profile otherwise ask me.

Answer people’s doubts: Answer their questions about Cana studio

Rules for Managers

Managers could potentially misuse their powers and could cause immense chaos in the studio. To keep their ego well within bounds, they have to follow some extra rules otherwise they will be demoted or even kicked out from the studio entirely.

Permission asking: Ask permission to delete, add managers or curators and ask permission to promote people. You should have a reason in the permission, if you do not give the proper reason your permission will be denied

Be kind: Don’t just say “Shut up, I am not answering your doubts” this will get our studio banned and even the person who posted that comment and also our studio will be a more toxic place, instead just say “I am sorry, but I can’t answer your doubts”.
