2.5 Publishing

Yay! Welcome to Day 4 of this building and publishing process. This is your going famous moment on Cana Devs. Here you will learn how to publish your project, publishing tips and how to add it to the Cana devs studio. So let’s started.
Before we begin here are 2 rules for uploading projects:
Give credit: You need to provide credit to the people who provided you music, sounds, pictures and costumes. You will give credit by writing the names of the people who provided you the asset like “[Asset_Name] by [Person_Name] on Pixabay” or you can simply add the link of the asset in the notes & credits section.
Give proper thumbnails and titles: This is a rule on Cana devs studio only, but rules are rules so please follow them. You have to give a thumbnail, projects without thumbnails will be removed or with titles not containing Cana Branding or are simply blank.

How to publish

Now you have to select the project that you made from the “My stuff” menu on scratch’s website, after that go to your project and click the big Share button at the top (navigation bar of the scratch editor).
After that add your text into the instructions or the notes and credits section. Make sure you provide proper credits and your instructions are at the top.
info

It is best to leave one section alone like the “Instructions” one but you will still provide instructions in the “Notes & Credits” section. This will make a larger reading space for your users.
