1. Trainings

Click on the Trainings tab to access your ongoing and past courses:
Ongoing Courses – View the courses you are currently enrolled in.
Past Courses – View courses you have completed previously.

1.1 Access Curriculum

To access your curriculum, click the Start/Resume button on a course. This will redirect you to the Curriculum Overview page.
Once inside a curriculum, you will see four main tabs to navigate your learning journey:
Overview – Provides a summary of the curriculum, including key activities, upcoming tasks, and progress indicators.
Learn – Access all learning materials, course content, and resources for each module.
Activity – Displays all key activities, organized by week or across all weeks.
Evaluate – Allows you to track your overall progress and complete assessments.

1.2 Overview Tab

The Overview tab provides a summary of the curriculum and helps you stay organized with your daily learning activities. Key sections include:
Curriculum Description – A brief overview of the course, its objectives, and modules.
What’s on My Plate – Helps you track and manage your daily learning activities:
Today Tab – Displays all activities assigned for the current day, along with any past due activities.
Tomorrow Tab – Shows activities scheduled for the next day, helping you plan ahead.
Quick Links – Provides access to essential resources and tools, including:
Your teams
Submitted portfolio
Discord link for discussions
Raise a query for support

Goal Progress – Tracks progress based on skills:
Each skill contains multiple activities.
Completed Skills – When all activities for a skill are finished, progress increases vertically and horizontally, and a tick mark appears under that skill.
In-Progress Skills – If a skill is started but not all activities are completed, the tick mark does not appear. Progress continues to increase vertically based on completed activities.
If you hover on the skill name, it will display the status of the skill, such as yet to start, inprogress, and completed.
Attachments - The Attachments section provides access to all related documents for the curriculum.
You can view and download any of the available documents directly from this section.

1.3 Learn Tab

The Learn tab allows learners to view the curriculum and all activities included in it.
By default, the curriculum is displayed in Skill View.
The left-side panel lists all skills present in the curriculum.
Click on a skill to view all activities assigned under that skill.
Progress Indicator – Beside each skill, a circular progress icon displays the completion percentage for that skill.
The middle of the screen displays the activities for the selected skill along with the activity status such as assigned, completed, InProgress.
You can also search for specific activities using the search bar at the top.

Week View – To access activities for a specific week:
Switch to Week View.
Select the desired skill from the left-side panel.
Choose the week from the week bar.
Only the activities assigned for that particular week will be displayed in the middle panel.

Curriculum Views – You can navigate your curriculum using Week View or Calendar (Month) View:
Month View (Calendar View) – Click the calendar icon on the right side to see the curriculum in a monthly layout.
Week View – From the Calendar (Month) View, switch to Week View to see activities for a specific week.

Switching Back to Skill View – If you are in Month (Calendar) View or Week View, you can return to Skill View by clicking the Skill View icon on the right side of the screen.

1.4 Activity Tab

The Activity tab displays all key activities in your curriculum, organized week-wise or across all weeks.
Weekly View – To view activities for a specific week, select the desired week from the top-right corner of the screen.
Activity Types – This tab displays only Exams, Coding Labs, Practical Challenges, and Projects.
Activity Details – Each activity includes key details such as title, due date, and status (Yet to Start, In Progress, or Completed).
Progress Tracking – Completion of these activities contributes to your overall progress in the curriculum.

When you click on any activity, it will redirect you to the Activity Page, displayed in a card view format.
From the left-side card panel, you can access your activities in month view, week view, and day view.
Month View – Select a month to view all active weeks.
Week View – Select a week to view days scheduled.
Day View – Select a day to view all activities scheduled for that day.
Completed activities display a green tick mark.
When all activities in a day are completed, a tick mark appears beside that day.

1.5 Evaluate Tab

The Evaluate tab allows learners to track the progress of their assessments and activities, including Practical Challenges, Exams, Coding Labs, and Projects.
Overall Summary – View a summary of all your activities in one place.
Left-Side Panel – Displays:
Overall progress for each activity type.
Status indicators such as On Track, Exceeding, or Lagging.
Activity count, showing how many activities have been completed.
Activity Details – To view progress for a specific activity:
Click on the activity from the left-side panel.
All activities under that category will be displayed with their current status.
The progress bar above reflects completion based on the activities finished within that category.

Overall Summary – This section displays all activities, including Coding Labs, Practical Challenges, Exams, and Projects, in a visual format.
A circular graph represents the completion status of each activity, with color indicators showing completed and non-completed tasks.
The overall progress of each activity category is also displayed within the graph.
To view detailed activities under a specific category, click the right shift arrow at the top edge of the circular graph.
Learning Heat Map
The Learning Heat Map indicates your daily activity completion status:
Shows how many activities are scheduled for the day and how many you have completed.
Uses color coding to represent progress: the number of completed activities determines the intensity of the color, giving a quick visual overview of your learning activity completion.
You can swipe to view upcoming months, allowing you to track your activity schedule and progress over time.

What’s Next Button – Located at the right corner, this button provides a quick view of your upcoming and past due activities.
Click the What’s Next button to see a list of activities scheduled in the near future as well as any overdue tasks, helping you plan your learning effectively.
