Unit Manager Workflow

Delivery Formats

The platform supports three delivery formats:
Platform-Led (PLT)
Instructor-Led (ILT)
Instructor-Assisted (IST)
Instructor-Led and Instructor-Assisted use a Week View template.
Platform-Led uses the new Sprint View template.

Sprint View Features

Automatic Sprint View: Selecting Platform-Led delivery format automatically displays the Sprint View.
Add Multiple Sprints: Users can create any number of sprints.
Add Activities per Sprint: Activities can be added inside each sprint.
Activity Order ID:
Each activity is assigned an ID based on sprint and position.
Example:
Sprint 1, Activity 1 → 1.1
Sprint 1, Activity 2 → 1.2
Sprint 2, Activity 1 → 2.1
Drag-and-Drop Reordering:
Activities can be reordered within a sprint.
Activity Order IDs are automatically updated after reordering.
Move Activities Across Sprints:
Activities can be moved to other sprints.
Activity Order IDs adjust according to the new sprint and position.
