The Tag Module in the Content Manager Dashboard allows users to create and manage tags that help in categorizing and organizing content efficiently.
The Tag Master acts as the parent category under which multiple related tag values can be created. Each Tag Master defines a category or group that logically classifies tags (for example: Framework, Function, Language, Role, etc.).
Steps to Create a Tag Master
Navigate to Library → Tag from the Content Creator dashboard. Click on + Add Tag Master button. Enter the name for the Tag Master (for example: Framework, Function, Role, etc.). Click Save to create the Tag Master. Once created, the Tag Master name appears in the top tab section. Steps to Add Tag Values
Select the Tag Master under which you want to create tags. Click on the + Create [Tag Master Name] button (visible on the right side). Add the Tag Value name (for example: if the Tag Master is “Framework,” tag values can be “Spring,” “Angular,” “React,” etc.). The created tag values will appear in a list under that particular Tag Master.
Editing Tag Values
To modify an existing tag value, click the Edit (✎) icon beside the tag name. Change the tag name if required. Update the tag’s status to Active or Inactive as per your needs. After making changes, click Save to update the tag details.
