Skill Weightage Validation

The Skill Weightage section provides a consolidated view of learner skill evaluation data.

In this section, the following details are displayed in percentage (%):

Self Rating – Learner’s self-assessed proficiency

Manager Rating – Evaluation provided by the manager

Assessment Score – Scores obtained from assessments

AI Inference (Overall Weightage) – System-calculated overall skill weightage

This page is read-only in Evolv.

Skill weightage values cannot be edited within Evolv.

All skill ratings and scores are managed in iMocha.

Any updates made in iMocha will be reflected in Evolv only after synchronization.

After making changes in iMocha:

Navigate to the Skill Weightage page in Evolv

Click the Sync button

Updated data will be refreshed and displayed

To access iMocha from Evolv:

Go to the Solution tab

Open the required Solution

Navigate to the Job Profile tab

Click Add Job Profile

You will be automatically redirected to the iMocha platform
