In the Skills tab, all skills that are available in the Library Skills are automatically displayed for the organization.

Skills listed here are inherited from the central Library Skills.

Each skill can be marked as Active or Inactive.

Activating or deactivating a skill:

Applies only to the current organization

Does not impact the skill’s availability in the Library or other organizations

Users can add new skills directly within the organization.

Skills created at the organization level:

Are available only within that organization

Do not appear in the central Library Skills

Any new skills added to the Library will automatically appear in this Skills tab for the organization.
