Interview Agent:

An AI agent that could be configured to conduct mock interviews for assigned batch of students and it would provide real time feedback based on their performance.

Configuring an Interview:
A trainer can set up an interview based on job profile and can assign it to an individual user or to a batch.

Creating a job profile:
In the dashboard, Click on “Create Job Profile”
Provide the following inputs : Job Title Name, Description, Required Skills - Once the description is provided, automatically the skills relevant to the the description will be generated, once the “Generate” button is clicked.
Set the skill priority in the range of a 5 point scale
Click on “Create Job”
A job profile will be created and it will be on the dashboard.

Configuring Multiple Interviews”
Once a job profile is created, the trainer can set up mulitple interviews under the same job profile for various reasons like difficulties match etc.
Click on View job profile and Configure button.

In the page that is opened, click on Configure New to set up a new interview

Once you save configuration, this configured interview will be available to be taken by the learner.
Once a learner completes the interview, the trainer can view their results by clicking on View Reports under Action.

This page will have the list of candidates who attended the interview with average percentage of students on each of the skill set.
The list of students will have each of the student’s score, no of attempts taken, status (Selected/Rejected) and Actions.
The trainer can access specific Candidate by clicking on View Candidate button.

The candidate page will have the name of the learner. their job profile, skills they tested with, their status as well as Overall Percentage.
You can also view the transcript of the interview by clicking on “view Transcript to understand the evaluation further”
Based on the number of attempts by the learner, the cards will display for attempts and on clicking each of the attempts, we can view skill wise performance and percentage and overall feedback for the learner.
