Template Creation

Each unit can have a maximum of three templates, one for each delivery mode.
Once a template is created, the user can provide the template name and select the delivery format for that template.
The platform supports three delivery formats: Platform-Led, Instructor-Led, and Instructor-Assisted.
Instructor-Led delivery uses a Week View template to organize learning activities on a weekly basis.
Instructor-Assisted delivery also follows the Week View template for structured weekly scheduling.
Platform-Led delivery uses a Sprint View template, enabling training to be organized into structured sprints with sequential learning progression.
For more details on the Platform Led Delivery Format, Refer the below link:

Template creation is a two-step process:
Step 1:
The user can add activities to different positions in the taxonomy.
The left pane displays the complete taxonomy structure.
When the user clicks on a specific taxonomy position, the right pane shows the list of activities associated with it.
If no activities are available, an “Add Activity” button will appear, allowing the user to choose the type of activity they want to create

Step 2:
Once the user has added all activities to their respective taxonomy positions, the next step is to assign them to specific days using drag and drop.
The left pane displays the list of days.
The right pane displays the taxonomy structure.
When the user drags a module, topic, or activity to a specific day, all activities associated with that particular taxonomy structure will automatically be moved to that day
