2. Assessments

Assessments are designed to evaluate a learner’s understanding and application of knowledge. There are three types of assessment activities:
Exams
Recorded Audit
Practical Challenge

2.1 Steps to Create an Exam Activity

Navigate to Curriculum : You can create this activity either in the Training Curriculum or Library Curricula.
Click on an empty space on the particular day of the curriculum where you want to schedule the exam.
A pop-up will appear showing various activity types, Select Assessment.
Under the Assessment category, choose Exam.
Once selected, it will redirect you to the configuration page where you can enter the details for the exam.

Exam Configuration Fields

Title* – Enter the title of the exam (Max: 255 characters).
Description – Add a short description or purpose of the exam (Max: 2500 characters).
Start Week* – Choose the week when the activity should begin.
Start Day* – Select the specific day to start.
End Week* – Choose when the exam should end.
End Day* – Select the end day.
Tags* – Add relevant tags for easy identification.
Skills* – Choose the skills being evaluated.
Trainer Notes – Add any internal notes for the trainer (Max: 2500 characters).
Estimated Duration (hh:mm) – Specify how long the exam should take.
Is Review? – Option to mark the exam as reviewable. (Default: No)
Optional? – Option to make the exam optional. (Default: No)
Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be filled before saving the configuration.

Save the Exam

After filling in all the required details, you can choose one of the following options:
Add Shell – Creates a placeholder for the activity without linking any exam yet.
Add with Exam – Allows you to link and configure an actual exam within the activity immediately.

Note: Once the activity is added, user can edit or delete it from the Library Curricula.
Click on the activity in the curriculum to see the Edit and Delete icons.
User can click Edit or View, both will take user to the configuration page.

2.2 Steps to Create an Recorded Audit Activity

Navigate to Curriculum : You can create this activity either in the Training Curriculum or Library Curricula.
Click on an empty space on the particular day of the curriculum where you want to schedule the activity.
A pop-up will appear showing various activity types, Select Assessment.
Under the Assessment category, choose Audit, and then select the Recorded activity.

5. Once selected, it will redirect you to the configuration page where you can enter the details for the activity.
Configuration Fields
Title* – Enter the title of the Activity (Max: 255 characters).
Description – Add a short description or purpose of the Recorded Activity (Max: 2500 characters).
Start Week* – Choose the week when the activity should begin.
Start Day* – Select the specific day to start.
End Week* – Choose when the exam should end.
End Day* – Select the end day.
Tags* – Add relevant tags for easy identification.
Skills* – Choose the skills being evaluated.
Trainer Notes – Add any internal notes for the trainer (Max: 2500 characters).

6. Add Activity Options: After completing the configuration fields, you have two options to add the activity:
Add Session: This option will create an activity placeholder without linking it to any recorded session. It can be updated later with the desired session if needed.
Choose from Master: This option will redirect you to the Recorded Sessions page, where a list of all available recorded sessions is displayed. From this list, you can select a suitable recorded session and link it directly to the activity.

7. After selecting the recorded session, click on “Add Session” button.

Note: Once the activity is added, user can edit or delete it from the Library Curricula.
Click on the activity in the curriculum to see the Edit and Delete icons.

2.3 Steps to Create an Practical Challenge Activity

Navigate to Curriculum : You can create this activity either in the Training Curriculum or Library Curricula.
Click on an empty space on the particular day of the curriculum where you want to schedule the .

Under the Assessment category, choose Practical Challenge.

6. After selecting the Practical challenge, click on “Add Practical Challenge” button.
