1. Creating an Organization

Step 1: Log in to Root Organization

Sign in to the platform using Root Organization credentials.
Only the Root Organization has permission to create new (child) organizations.

Step 2: Navigate to Organization Master

From the main navigation menu, go to: ​Organizations → Master

Step 3: Add a New Organization

On the top-right corner, click Add Organization.
This action opens a right-side panel for organization creation.

Step 4: Enter Organization Details

Fill in all the required information in the form:
Organization Logo – Upload the client’s logo
Organization Name & Details
Industry
Organization Size
Founded On (year/date)
Preferred Delivery Mode
Organization Website
Organization Key(iMocha Key)
Head Quarters of the Organization
Organization Status
Active
Inactive
Ensure all mandatory fields are completed accurately.

Step 5: Create Organization

Review the entered details.
Click Add Organization to complete the creation process.
