1. Administrative Task

This is a placeholder activity where the trainer or admin can add their own tasks to perform during the training and make notes related to the batch activities they need to complete.

Steps to Create an Administrative Task Activity

Navigate to Curriculum : You can create this activity either in the Training Curriculum or Library Curricula.
Select the Date : Click on an empty space on the particular day of the curriculum you want to schedule this task.
Choose Activity Type : A pop-up will appear showing various activity types. Select Administrative Task.

Add Task Details :Once selected, it will redirect you to the configuration page where you can enter details for the task.

Activity Configuration Fields :

Title* – Enter the title of the task (Max: 255 characters).
Description – Add a brief explanation of the task (Max: 2500 characters).
Instructions – Include any specific guidelines or steps to follow (Max: 2500 characters).
Trainer Notes – Add notes for trainers related to this activity (Max: 2500 characters).
Estimated Duration (hh:mm) – Specify the expected time to complete the task.
Start Week* – Choose the week when the task starts.
Start Day* – Select the day the task begins.
End Week* – Choose when the task should end.
End Day* – Select the end day of the task.
Tags* – Add tags for easy search and categorization.
Skills* – Select the skills associated with the activity.
Reference Artifacts – Upload or attach reference files if needed.
Reference URLs – Provide any helpful external links.
5. Save the Activity: After filling in all the required fields, click on Add Administrative Task to create the activity.
