All external Growth Coaches will be required to attend a monthly growth coaches meeting with either the CIO / CEO or both in an effort to continually improve growth coaching at Volta. These meetings will be targeted at getting feedback from all growth coaches, providing feedback from Volta and collaboratively working together to improve our value offering to startups.
In summary, the Growth Coaching team is responsible for providing high-quality support to the resident companies in the Volta ecosystem. The team follows a standard meeting structure and focuses on key areas during their growth coaching sessions. The team documents their engagements in Airtable and tracks the startups' progress using engagement scorecards and support impacts.
