PROPOSAL

Develop a new website for the company Security MC (
Home | SecurityMC
⁠
) covering the implementation of a new CMS (
Ghost: The best open source blogging platform
⁠
) and a complete redesign with a new visual identity, development of a new brand logo, color scheme, etc.
The development will be entirely based on pre-constructed templates available on the Ghost platform (
https://ghost.org/themes/

), whether they are paid or free.
The website will have a client login area where it will contain the user's basic information and a button for access to the Smartvault login screen (example:

Rebranding and visual identity update:
Creative process with 3 paths, for the creation of identity with:
‣ Logo (versions in .PNG and .EPS)
‣ Fonts (open source)
‣ Color palette (HEX and CMYK)
‣ Graphics and/or iconography
‣ Photographic style guidance and/or image bank

The fixed price proposal includes:

Customization of visuals and aesthetics (within the template);
Fonts;
Colors;
Artwork and logo (provided by the client);
Specific adjustments;
Customization of basic visual elements of the website (to be agreed upon);
Removal of undesirable structural elements;
Connection with the client's Stripe account (for subscription monetization);
Deployment on Ghost(Pro) servers;
Ghost(Pro) Creator plan costs $25 per month;
DNS routing configurations;
Implementation of HTTPS protocols;
Implementation of a subdomain with Pulsetic (which monitors whether the site is down);
Pulsetic has a free plan that is sufficient for Ghost;
CMS usage manual.

The fixed price proposal does not include:

Structural and complex changes to templates;
Creation of new functionalities for templates;
Creation of business rules not included in the templates;
Creation of logos and visual identity;
Creation of texts;
Use of Núcleo/Volt infrastructure.

ABOUT GHOST

Ghost is an open-source CMS widely used by small publications around the world. The open-source platform is constantly maintained by a team of about 40 people, and its business model is based on website hosting via Ghost(Pro).
It is an excellent alternative to WordPress.
It is the best open-source alternative for small and medium-sized publications available.
What Ghost offers:
Native paywall implemented;
Direct integration with Stripe;
Sending emails and newsletters directly from the CMS (like Substack);
Fast and easy-to-use CMS;
Hosting via Ghost(Pro), starting at $25

DELIVERY TIME

Between 60 and 90 days from the signing of the contract.

TIMEFRAME FOR RECEIPT OF CLIENT-RESPONSIBLE INPUTS

Up to 50 days after the signing of the contract.

REWORK POLICY

Approved projects that require reworking will have an additional cost of $80/hour of development.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Projects that require additional services, such as changing template structures and business rules, will be charged at $80/hour of development.
