The next important step is to activate authenticated SMTP on your respective mailboxes. If you skip this step, you will face account disconnection issues in Smartlead and Instantly.
To activate authenticated SMTP, follow these steps:
Search for "Active Users" in your Microsoft admin dashboard at the top.
Click on "Active Users" to view a list of all the active users in your admin panel.
Click on each user one by one. A small popped-out window will appear on the right side.
4. Click on the "Mail" option (indicated by the arrow).
5. You will find several options. Go to "Email Apps" and then select "Manage Email App."
6. In the "Manage Email App" section, you will see various options that are preselected.
7. Simply select the "Authenticated SMTP" option and click the "Save" button at the bottom.
That's it! Now you are all set with mailbox configurations.
