Creating Users on Microsoft

To create users on Microsoft, follow these steps for a seamless setup:
Locate the "Account Setup" tab at the top and click on it. This action will take you to a page where you can enter all the necessary information to create the user's mailbox.
Fill in the required fields, including credentials, domains, full name of the user, account initials, password, and display name. The account initials serve as the prefix for the email address (e.g., alex@domain.com, alex.m@domain.com, m.alex@domain.com).
