STAFF GUIDELINES

Staff will remain respectful to everyone within Valero no matter their opinion or actions. Professionalism is not a choice when in public chats, customers will see how you act and will judge you as the company.
Staff should be helpful and supportive of other staff members within Valero.
Staff will receive a discount on products of up to 50% on selected products, please speak to management when requesting to use this. Staff should not retrieve their own products.
Selected staff members and management will have elevated permissions, it is important not to exploit these. For example when making announcements please check it over in the staff chat before publishing.
Do not bring drama or argue with customers within the server. Leave it alone, people with have their own opinions there is nothing that can be done.
As a staff member you will have access to confidential information, this includes but is not limited to; tickets, staff channels and development information this is private information and should not be shared around.
Each staff member will have a line manager, this is usually your department manager please take any of your issues to them. Do not go over their heads.
Changing the nickname of a member against their will, muting, kicking, or banning without a properly logged (and legitimate) reason, will not be tolerated.
