Important considerations
This slide reminds us of the different costs and benefits that you should track to see if CSA is making a difference in your communities and to ensure that everyone is benefiting.
This is very important to remember if you are working in a community and you want to invite people to trainings or to learn about their needs.
If you are an extension worker or working with an NGO or a cooperative association trying to change farming practices, you should make sure you remember these concerns. Remember, you want to hear everyone’s opinions and understand how men and women, or different groups in the village may benefit from CSA. You also want to understand what particular challenges they may face adopting CSA.
