Depending on your team's preferences, you can delete or hide the author, votes, and upvoters columns. This allows for more anonymity and will potentially create even more safety around raising topics, but of course there are tradeoffs to the anonymity as well. Once a topic is done being discussed, you can click the checkbox to grey it out.
