Day trips from Tokyo:
Nikko: Famous for its stunning shrines and temples, particularly the ornate Toshogu Shrine, and beautiful natural scenery. Nikko is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Hakone: Popular for hot springs, natural beauty, and views of Mt. Fuji. It's a great place to experience a traditional onsen (hot spring bath).
