Open the Settings pane in your doc
Select “Automations”
Click “Add Rule”
Rename your rule, and select the option to run it time-based.
Choose what day of the week you want to send your rule, and when.
Under the second step, select “Push buttons” from the dropdown menu
From the next dropdown, select the “email meeting notes” button.
