A method for discovering assertive UX solutions

Collect real user insights through user research, whether it's conducting moderated or unmoderated user testing to test new UX hypotheses or evaluating the current in-production experience.
Convert these insights into assessments, documented user-based evidence, prototype refinements, iterations, or new project pitches.
Create a shared vision and UX strategy with stakeholders.
Deliver both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes that will incorporate user-validated UX designs for implementation.
