By using the Kroki Pack for Coda (the “Pack”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Pack.
1. License and Use:
The Pack is provided to you on an “as is” basis with no warranties of any kind. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pack solely for your personal or internal organizational use.
2. No Warranties:
The Pack is provided without express or implied warranty, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Pack maker shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Pack.
3. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall the Pack maker or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Pack.
4. Modifications:
The Pack maker reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Pack with or without notice. Continued use of the Pack after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
5. Governing Law:
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Pack maker is domiciled, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. User Responsibilities:
You agree to use the Pack in compliance with all applicable laws and not to use it in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any servers or networks connected with the Pack.
By installing or using this Pack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
