Course Overview

💫 Purpose

Having a business plan establishes credibility and rapport with traditional investors and partners. This is important to accelerate growth opportunities to fundraise and elevate the leadership team’s brand recognition. As founders, we typically know what our strategic plan is, we simply need to document it in an organized fashion and format that is digestible for others. This creates a foundation to support subsequent materials and conversations that lead to growth and funding opportunities.

⛳️ Objective

This exercise aims to create a business plan that outlines the vision, mission, goals, and strategic approach. By first creating an outline comprised of section headers and bullet points, we will be able to assemble a business plan draft that incorporates elements from LaunchPad as well as supporting details. It’s beneficial to have a business plan to memorialize strategic direction while also establishing an organized document that can be shared with potential partners and investors.
