Each sprint path in our program consists of nine interactive exercises. In every exercise, you'll engage with an instructional video and then actively work on creating a vital business tool or resource in real time. After completing an exercise, you have the flexibility to customize the template, tool, or resource to fit your specific needs. Upon finishing a series, you'll compile all nine components into your personalized dashboard folder, which acts as a comprehensive operations resource for strategic business planning and decision-making. These activities are self-paced, but for optimal progress, we encourage you to harness your initial motivation and apply consistent commitment and discipline. LaunchPad

Launchpad marks the beginning of our course series, emphasizing the importance of a solid foundation. LiftOff
