Course Overview

💫 Purpose

This exercise aims to lay the foundation for a deeper understanding of your business model. Business success is acquired by strategic, routine repetition in planning, monitoring, controlling, evaluating, and revising. There are a finite set of components that make up a business. One must approach them methodically to ensure sustainable growth and success. Routine repetition builds rhythm, and rhythm builds momentum. As founders, we must focus on the essential components and plans that generate velocity for our concepts to produce the desired outcomes within a given timeframe. To accomplish this, we must understand the fundamental segments and essential elements that make up our business model. With an understanding and identification of these building blocks, we can better define desired outcomes and strategize, test, measure, and revise them. This approach identifies the finite elements and produces a clear and measurable strategy.

⛳️ Objective

This activity aims to create a visual diagram of your business using the Business Model Canvas. This exercise will review the essential components that make up a business model. We will then identify, map out and describe the top three elements vital to each element. This will allow us to create a holistic view of the elements which impact your business model and how they relate. We will then use this to identify relevant strategies and take steps to implement them based on your desired goals and outcomes.
