New Components
Carousels - give a new dimension to your responses by using the carousel components
Tags - Add a group of tags (or a single one) to categorize & organize your UI cards
Prototype Improvements
Begin prototype at any response rather than always beginning from the start (Click on the Play button in response header)
Mobile prototypes are now mobile friendly - build a mobile prototype and share the public link for everyone to view on their mobile devices

Improvements & Fixes

Easily Share Your File or Prototypes by Adding Collaborators
Users can share access to their file or prototype by adding collaborators. This feature allows for seamless teamwork and feedback, enabling multiple users to view, comment on, and edit the project. By inviting collaborators, you can streamline the design process, ensure that everyone involved has the latest updates, and foster a collaborative environment where ideas and improvements can be easily shared and implemented.

Design Your Chatbot in Tray or Full Screen Styles
You can design chatbots in two distinct styles to suit different user experiences: Tray and Full Screen.
Tray Style: Tray chatbots offer a compact, unobtrusive interaction by appearing as a small icon or panel that users can open and close as needed. This design is ideal for integrating with existing applications or websites, providing quick access to support or information without interrupting the user's current workflow.
Chatbot Visible - Default BG.png
Full Screen Style: Full screen chatbots provide a more immersive experience by taking up the entire screen. This style is best for applications where detailed conversations and rich content are necessary, such as complex customer support scenarios or AI conversational experience. The full screen format allows users to focus entirely on the interaction, enhancing the depth and effectiveness of the engagement.

Customise Padding, Typography, and Corner Radii to Fit Your Style
Users can customize the style of their chatbots by adjusting various design elements, including padding, typography, and corner radii.
Frame 2018776071.png
Padding: Modify the spacing around content to control how much room is provided within the chat components. Adjusting padding helps improve readability and create a visually appealing layout.
Typography: Personalize the font style, size, and weight to match your brand’s identity or to enhance legibility. Typography settings allow you to fine-tune the appearance of text to ensure it aligns with your desired aesthetic.
Corner Radii: Customize the curvature of the corners of chat components to achieve the desired look and feel. Whether you prefer sharp edges or rounded corners, adjusting corner radii helps tailor the design to your preferences and overall user experience.
Personalize your Bot by customising the Chat Bubble, Background, and CTA Colors
Users can customize chat bubble colors, background colors, and CTA (Call to Action) colors to align with their brand identity and enhance user engagement.
setupp.png
Chat Bubble Colors: Personalize the colors of chat bubbles to match your brand's palette or to differentiate between user and bot responses. Customizing chat bubble colors helps create a cohesive visual experience and can be used to subtly guide users through the conversation.
Background Colors: Adjust the background colors of the chat interface to complement your design or create a specific mood. Whether you choose a neutral tone for a minimalist look or a vibrant hue for a lively interaction, background color customization allows you to set the overall tone of the chat environment.
CTA Colors: Highlight important actions by customizing the colors of CTAs, such as buttons or links. By choosing contrasting or attention-grabbing colors for CTAs, you can drive user actions more effectively and ensure key interactions stand out within the chat.
Create a Smooth Flow of Conversations with Prompts and Responses
Users can create a flow of conversations by designing sequences of prompts and responses. This feature enables you to map out the entire interaction between the chatbot and the user, ensuring a smooth and logical progression of the conversation.
image.png
Prompts: Initiate the conversation or guide the user by setting up prompts. These can be questions, statements, or instructions that steer the user towards providing the desired information or taking a specific action.
image.png
Responses: Define the chatbot's replies based on the user's input or actions. Responses can be tailored to deliver information, ask follow-up questions, or guide the user through different pathways in the conversation. By strategically linking prompts and responses, users can create a dynamic and interactive chat experience that adapts to various user inputs.
Add Your Logo or Media by Linking an Image
logo.png
Easily personalize your chatbot by linking an image as a logo or media. Whether you want to showcase your brand with a logo or include relevant visuals to enhance the conversation, adding images is a simple way to make your chatbot more engaging and aligned with your brand’s identity.
