This article explains the file storage feature of the dashboard

The file storage feature of the dashboard allows you as a customer to upload all of your digital assets that you have for your business (brand kit, brand guide, logo, banners, etc) to your dashboard and use them any time you have to make a request, so you don't have to search through your computer files every time you need a graphic to be branded with your logo.

Once you have uploaded your assets into the dashboard, you can now attach them to any request you want to use them in. And of course you can always upload a file to any new or existing request you may have.
