Content calendar

A simple table and calendar view to track your content.
Last edited 473 days ago by Thành Cao.

The content calendar includes a table that tracks various content pieces such as videos, blog posts, and whitepapers, with details like tag line, draft status, planned publish date, type, channel, content link, and publication status. Types and channels are categories with their own connected tables that can be updated as needed. The table shows three planned pieces: a video on participating in a virtual thumb wrestling event published on Twitter and YouTube, a blog post announcing a virtual thumb wrestling tournament to be published on the website and Twitter, and a whitepaper about convincing people to attend a virtual competition to be published on LinkedIn. The types and channels tables list possible content types and channels for distribution, including social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok, as well as personal outlets like a blog or fan page.

Track your content in the table below, and then see how everything lines up in the calendar. The table view and calendar view are linked, so any changes you make here will be reflected in the calendar. The type and channel columns are lookup columns, meaning they’re connected to the tables at the bottom of the page. Add new options and any relevant information there.
