Create Engagement Plan Template Add Engagement Plan to record
New Email Templates
Make sure the Lightning Email Templates. Folders and Enhanced Sharing is enables, this will let users create, edit, and delete nested email template folders, and share their folders and templates.
New Campaigns:
Modify the Record Type Settings to remove Volunteer Campaign as the default and when you want to create new record for Campaign, you can choose from available record types.
