Our Use Case
Florida Sight and Hearing Alliance is a nonprofit that wants to implement Salesforce. In this section we will walk through the steps to successfully implement Salesforce. Before Implementing, the following information was gathered in the discovery phase.

Mission of Florida Sight and Hearing Alliance (FSHA) The Florida Sight and Hearing Alliance Foundation provides vision and hearing services through education, detection, prevention, and treatment. Through collaborative partnerships, we enable greater independence and increased quality of life for Floridians in financial need.
