How to make a payment
Payments are made using RBL debit card
See card details below
OTP is received by Nikita. Call/text Nikita for OTP
If RBL card is not functioning, use HDFC card (always check with Nikita before using HDFC card)
Mandatory steps after ANY payment is made
Change the status on the platform (Useteleport or Travclan)
Enter the amount paid on “Teleport Payment Tracking” section on “Amount Paid” field on Zoho CRM (screenshot for reference below)
Always enter the amount in INR
If OTP shared does not have INR amount - ask Nikita for
exact
amount debited
If multiple payments are made, then keep updating the same field with added amount
If multiple payments are made, add the payment split in the notes section
