About the role
Telebort is looking for individuals who want to pursue their careers in modern teaching and child development. You will become the Chief Master of the classroom who applies exciting learning methods and cutting-edge teaching tools to help children to learn computer science education including mobile apps and web development.
You will play an important role in
Main Focus:
Depending on your background and interest, you will be mainly in charge of Telebort Weekly Core Programs.
Program Junior Creator
Program A: Foundation of Creative Computing
Program B: Mobile App development
Program C: Fundamental Web Design (HTML & CSS)
Program D: Interactive Web Design (JavaScript)
Program E: Advanced Web Development
Program F: Data Analysis with Python
Program G: Artificial Intelligence with Python
Teaching as Service
Teaching at least 2 weekly online and offline classes per week for any core programs.
Update attendance and lesson progress charts, and give feedback for post-teaching evaluation after each class.
Prepare pre-recorded lessons and learning materials such as questions bank, hands-on projects, activities, pop quizzes, and more.
Write and review notes, code, and worksheets in Scratch, MIT App Inventor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, etc.
Identify and develop new content and improvise existing syllabus to make it better.
Community Engagement
Assist students to publish their app/web at Android’s Play Store and Apple’s App Store.
Conduct 1-1 course advisor for new/ existing students and parents regarding computer science education.
Guide students through the development of various sample projects that will be presented and distributed to fellow classmates.
Organize holiday events, competitions, and hours of code to spark more interest.
Training and development
Observe and provide feedback for new teaching teammates.
On-going peer-to-peer review for new teaching teammates.
Conduct training sessions to train new teaching teammates.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have
You have an academic background in the Education/ Psychology/ Computer Science / Engineering / Science / Mathematics field.
You have past teaching experience or love teaching and are eager to shape the skills and minds of our next generation.
You know how to create online learning videos and utilize tools for digital classrooms (e.g., Kahoot!, Zoom, Google Drive, and more).
You are fluent in English and are good at communicating your ideas.
You want to contribute positive impacts to society using your skills and knowledge.
You can work well with multiple and challenging projects at one time.
You can work flexible hours.
Having the entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) environment.
