About the role
Telebort is looking for individuals who are outspoken and have a strong passion to explore, facilitate, and strengthen the relationships with our parents and students. Preferably someone with a huge passion for digital marketing and have experience in organizing creative campaigns and engagement activities!
You will play an important role in
Community Engagement
Understand inside out the Telebort Computer Science Education.
Manage a high volume of daily inquiries (e.g., email, live chat, phone call, Whatsapp, social media, etc) by providing accurate, valid and complete information.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and teachers and conduct sales pitches for potential prospects.
Communicate student progress reports to help parents better understand the learning progress.
Perform student retention evaluation to help the borderline students from dropping out.
Conduct in-person or virtual interviews with students, parents, and teachers to let them share their experiences in learning computer science.
Launch and conduct engagement initiatives to delight and build a strong community.
Operation
Cross-functional collaboration with academic, executive, tech, and data teams to implement and manage work processes and procedures.
Work with the academic team to update classes on a weekly basis.
Send a reminder or notification to update parents and students about their status in the class.
Update and maintain process documentation.
Ad-hoc duties when required.
Digital Marketing and Growth
Identify, plan, and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, sales, and revenue.
Content writing, designing posters & banners, video editing, and SEO & blogging.
Managing social media pages and digital advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
Monitor and manage online conversations across community platforms (e.g., WhatApps, Facebook, Instagram, and more).
To be successful in this role, you will need to have
You have the academic background in Marketing/ Management/ Business/ Public Relations/ Advertising/ Multimedia/ Psychology or equivalent or related field.
Exceptional analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and the ability to communicate effectively with management.
You are fluent in English and you are very careful when it comes to checking grammar and editing your written work
You have technical skills in creating a range of designs, including the usage of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing, and animation.
You are familiar with using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides on a regular basis.
You can work well with multiple and challenging projects at one time.
You can work flexible hours.
