Opensmjle GmbH will receive a percentage of the commissions, calculated bases on the monthly fee of the service provided (excluding VAT) to clients, for the duration of the client contract, including any renewals, according to the following scheme: Commission: 15%
Payment
Sweeply will send a quaterly overview to Opensjmile with list of won deals received and the corresponding commission fee.
Upon receiving invoice from Opensmjle, the invoice will be paid by Sweeply within 30 days.
*Partner shall not pay opensmjle GmbH any commission in case the contract between the partner and customer is realised without the involvement of opensmjle GmbH. opensmjle GmbH shall receive its commission in euros by bank transfer to the bank account specied in the contract.
