The Candidate Tracker is the central hub for candidates in process.

The Overview section counts active candidates in each stage, and filters can be added to see candidate counts in a specific role.

The Active Candidates table lists all candidates in process. Coda’s ATS Packs (like Greenhouse) enable hiring teams to sync their candidate data to Coda docs like this one, though it can also be a standalone table.

The Archived Candidates table is a filtered view of the Active Candidates table of all candidates whose “Archived?” box is checked.
