Start-up: $750 (includes initial consulting, job description creation, any fees associated with listing jobs on various sites, initial round of interviews)
Recruiting Expense: 12% of the employees first year’s base salary. 50% paid at the offer signing, and 50% paid after 90 days of successful employment.
