1. Get reminder in the morning

Select check to receive notification.

Default set to 9AM. You can change the time in Settings → Automation.

2. Get reminder at night

Select check to receive notification.

Default set to 9PM. You can change the time in Settings → Automation.

3. Assign yourself

Open Settings → Automation.
Expand Send notifications, click on Users to add yourself.
