The current Requests Inbox looks like this below

Observations: It looks untidy and not very user friendly
Solution
Add a Tabbed Menu to show “request” types on each tab;
Remove “Resolved” and “Open” to the top left with a button or something that doesn’t take a lot of space

Also the embedded page height appears to be very small and needs scrolling, can this be fixed?
