This doc is a collaborative checklist to help teams close candidates better. In today’s market, closing requires a full-court press for almost every candidate. This doc will make sure teams don’t forget all the meaningful steps to maximize the chance of getting to YES.
This can include things like calls with the CEO, board e-mails, team events, etc.
Add new offers by pressing the ‘New Offer’ button below.
When you’ve added a new candidate and selected their role, press the “Build Checklist” button.
Log any interactions by pressing “Interaction”. This way, the team can stay on top of all notes. Each interaction also has a sentiment grade, so you can calibrate candidate excitement during the process
As steps are completed, mark them off in the candidate view.
Change the Status as candidates move through the offer process.
