EMPLOYMENT CONFIRMATION POLICY

I. Experience: Your employment will be confirmed only on satisfactory completion of six months probation period. Once confirmed, you are required to serve a minimum of two years with the company from the date of confirmation.
II. Freshers: Your employment will be confirmed only on satisfactory completion of 6 months training period and 6 months probation period. Once confirmed, you are required to serve a minimum of two years with the company from the date of confirmation.
Beyond that, though we would want you to continue with us, you may leave the company and by giving two months notice to the management.
