Understanding Your Dashboard Analytics
When you access the dashboard, you'll find a comprehensive overview of your messaging analytics for the last 30 days. The dashboard displays several key metrics that help you track your messaging performance.
The main metrics include the total number of messages sent and the number of messages successfully delivered. There's often a difference between these numbers due to failed message deliveries. For instance, if you're using WhatsApp as a channel and attempt to send a message to someone without a WhatsApp account, that message will fail to deliver.
The dashboard also tracks how many of your delivered messages were read and the number of replies received. If you're utilizing our booking system, you'll see the number of bookings made during this period.
Additional metrics include:
New contacts created during the period
Average messages per chat
Total credits used
Average credits per chat (a particularly valuable metric as it helps you understand the cost per conversation)
At the center of the dashboard, you'll find a visual graph showing your activity trends over time. This helps you identify busy periods and quiet phases in your messaging activity. For more specific analysis, you can use the filter in the top right corner to view data for different campaigns.
