2. Sync your Google Calendar

Setup instructions

Sign in to your Google Calendar below. Every hour, your calendar will automatically sync the next 7 days of events. You can also manually refresh any time by pressing the Refresh button.

Block off time. Open your

Google Calendar⁠

. Block off times when you feel the highest energy. Make those blocks weekly recurring events. Be sure to name the calendar blocks all the same thing. For example, I like to name my calendar blocks “L Time”.

Refresh the Google Calendar sync table below.

Identify your L Time. Type the name of your L Time calendar blocks in the text box below. Your L Time events should then highlight green in the table below. This will allow you to

Tips

As you think about when to block off time, here are a few helpful tips:

Build momentum by front loading N and O tasks a couple days before tackling L tasks.

Try working in a new environment for L tasks to build new associations and focus.
