How to get earn points

1 point - Clock in on time (before 8:01, 9:01 or 11:01)

2 point - Averge wrap time under 1 minute (daily)

2 points - Working rate above 55% (daily)

3 points - Perfect time card (weekly)

3 points - Over 100 in each section on QA (weekly)
