Creating your first journey

To create a journey, first make sure that you have a social media account connected.

Go to the left sidebar and click on Journeys tab.

Select the social media account you would like to use from the dropdown menu on the toolbar at the top.

Click on Create Journey → in the My Journeys section of the tab.

⁠

On the next page, title your journey.

⁠

Then select a trigger that will start the flow. There are various triggers available for the different social media platforms that Scrollmark supports.

For certain triggers, you’ll also be able to choose the posts, Stories, and ads for which you’d like the journey to trigger. You can select multiple posts and ads. The journey will NOT run for posts other than the ones you select.

Once you’re done, click on Continue to Flow Builder → from bottom right corner.
